American Foods Group, LLC has an opportunity for a Plant IT Program Manager to join our team for our new America's Heartland Packing facility in Warren County, Missouri.   Summary: Develop, test, implement, maintain, and document programs to control machining or processing of materials by automatic machine tools, equipment, or systems. Summary The Community Liaison role will focus on supporting the integration of new hires into our workforce and the local community. Acting as a community developer, the candidate will identify and address the needs and concerns of residents regarding newcomers, facilitating their effective adjustment to the area. Additionally, the candidate will manage collaborative efforts between the city staff, elected officials, service providers, faith groups, business partners, landlords, and other community stakeholders to address matters related to the new AFG plant, including AFG events for community partners. This is an amazing opportunity to participate in building the accounting function from the ground up for a state of the art beef harvest facility just west of St. Louis, Missouri.  The ideal candidate is someone who wants to get in at the beginning to plan and build the function, and then transition to the Assistant Controller for the facility when it is fully operational.       As our Assistant Controller, you will: - Supervise and manage the plant accounting operations to include Product Costing, Inventory Management, General Ledger, A/P, A/R, and Payroll. - Administer and reconcile the daily, weekly, and monthly financial/cost data, P&L and balance sheet totals. - Provide financial counsel and direction to the Controller and perform analysis for both plant and corporate. - Oversee all balance sheet totals and fixed asset transactions, reconciling each monthly. - Responsible for the control and accuracy of Raw, WIP, Finished Goods, and inventory costs.  - Work closely with the Controller to analyze operating & financial data, resulting in plant improvements. - Audit of direct standard costs to ensure the accuracy of costs. - Oversee and continually review procedures within accounting to streamline the accounting function. - Create on-time and accurate reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly results, to be reviewed by plant management. - Perform special projects as assigned by management. - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. American Foods Group, LLC has an opportunity for a Utilities Manager to join our team for our new America's Heartland Packing facility in Warren County, Missouri.   Summary: The Utilities Manager is accountable for the supply of industrial services for the plant(refrigeration, boiler operation/hot/cold water supplies for the facility), ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable operation/maintenance of the equipment. - Plan, organize, and oversee all utilities for the facility (Ammonia refrigeration, gas fired boilers for steam generation, compressed air, cold/140/180 water for the facility) - Compliance with all federal, state, local and internal requirements from design through operation and maintenance of the plant.  Ensure employees are aware of the requirements and their responsibility. - Oversee facility PSM Program and collaborate with corporate engineering to ensure best practices are always being followed. - Ensure utilities maintenance activities are and work orders are completed in a timely manner, create and maintain records and reports as required by PSM, company or regulatory requirements. - Work closely with cross functional teams (Operations/QA/Engineering) to ensure facility needs are being met (temps/air flows/utilities etc.). - Maintain all utility departments equipment and ensure equipment is performing to high standards and in a safe manner at all times. - Provide technical guidance, direction, and develop specs for the utilities team (supervisors/techs/operators). - Ensure proper training for all refrigeration personnel i.e. operator training / PSM training, boiler personnel i.e.: boiler operator training / RMP training. - Maintain a team that is cross-functional and trained in different areas of utilities to ensure crewing changes do not impact the facility. - Establish and implement preventative maintenance programs and procedures for the utilities dept. - Requisition tools / equipment and supplies as needed (ensure critical spares are in stock at all times). - Promote and drive succession development with areas of responsibility. - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
