Facilitate stock rotation by making sure oldest dry goods are used first. - Maintain database of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required. - Transport materials with a pallet jack or forklift; deliver dry goods to the production floor. - Maintain the LOT TRACKING DAILY ISSUES to track dry goods that are being used and when. - Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of all trailers. - Ensure trailers with product and packaging material are sealed while in the shipping yard. - Performs other clerical duties.
