Follow prescribed schedules and priorities, responding to emergency maintenance calls following generally accepted maintenance practices. - Keep all records updated for regular scheduling of service to vehicles and equipment. - Supervise plant maintenance services provided for production and administrative facilities including scheduled checking of security and vendor oversight. - Set up appointments with outside contractors for service work. - Appropriately manage vendors for sprinkler and high and low pressure steam systems, plumbing, etc. - Responsible for ordering parts and maintain proper stock inventory. Kings Command Foods, LLC, an American Foods Group Company is searching for a Research & Development Technologist to join our dynamic Product Development team at our Versailles, OH facility.   As a R&D Technologist you will be: - Ensuring the Nutritional Data Base is accurate and up to date. - Maintaining ingredient and packaging supplier data sheets. - Assisting with writing company product information sheets and USDA transmittals. - Assisting with formulating products and writing basic product ingredient statements. - Collecting and summarizing product data. - Assisting with formulating products and writing basic product ingredient statements. - Assisting with writing Operational and R&D Specifications. - Retaining and controlling product labels in an organized fashion. - Utilizing company inventory, specification and product label systems as needed.   R&D Kitchen Responsibilities: - Prepare product samples on the bench top and assists with plant tests and new product start-ups. - Develop product heating and cooking instructions for new and existing productions.   - Maintenance of R&D kitchen including: Scheduled cleaning program for small wares; large equipment; walls; floors; and other related kitchen items.
