Kings Command Foods,LLC, an American Foods Group Company has opportunities for Packoff Line Lead Person.   If you are looking to advance your career, join the AFG family where you can be a part of providing quality beef products to over 40 countries around the world.    As Packoff Line Lead Person, you will: - Closing boxes of meat products; removing boxes from stacks; and place boxes onto taping machine. - Makes sure that the product box moves safely through the taping machine and down conveyor to label machine. - Stacks boxes on pallets and removes full pallets with a pallet jack. - Responsible for bringing empty boxes and pallets into the work area. - Reloading the taping machine and programming the labeling machine. - Carry product overflow back to the packer so it can be packed. - Make sure that the date, product name and other label information is correct. - Complete all necessary paperwork. - Oversee and coordinate the activities of production operations and workers to provide for day-to-day control of assigned department activities according to prescribed schedules, priorities, operation sequence, and processing specifications. - Evaluate department work performance and take corrective action. - Train employees in assigned areas. - Develop and/or recommend improved production methods. - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Kings Command Foods,LLC, an American Foods Group Company has opportunities for Grinder Helper.   If you are looking to advance your career, join the AFG family where you can be a part of providing quality beef products to over 40 countries around the world.    As Grinder Helper, you will: - Make sure the correct percentage of frozen blocks are put into each combo. - Make sure boxes or anything else around should never be touched in between handling blocks because of contaminating the meat. - Inform Lead person when loading product that requires two workers. - Use proper lifting techniques when moving frozen blocks to prevent any injuries. - Ensure all procedures of LOTO are followed when the machine is jammed or at the end of the shift to take the machine apart.  Shut machine off and get supervisor when a block is jammed. - Clean, dry and oil plate and place it in its proper cart at the end of the shift to get sharpened. - Check plates on all the fine grinders between breaks to ensure there is no metal or bones and document what is found. - Report any deficiencies to the supervisor. - Has ability to replace the Assistant Grinder in his or her absence. - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
