Rosen’s Diversified is a place where you can develop your career to the fullest, while working in a friendly environment.   We are seeking full-time, IT Applications Systems Architect to join our rapidly growing Information Technology team in Green Bay, WI.   As an IT Applications Systems Architect, your primary responsibilities include:   - Review and analyze AFG’s existing applications business functionality, effectiveness, efficiency, regulatory compliance, security compliance, and develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems. - Ensure that any new software integrated into AFG’s IT Systems Architecture meets functional requirements, regulatory compliance, security compliance, and API/integration requirements.[LB1]  - Research and make recommendations on software products and services in partnership with IT Enterprise and Infrastructure Architects in support of procurement and development efforts. - Contribute to the design, development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise. - Partner with IT Enterprise and Infrastructure Architects to design and engineer delivery methods of business data throughout the enterprise. - Collaborate with systems analysts, developers, and system owners in the analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of new software programs and applications. - Provide technical advice for application development teams in support of business operations as requested. - Provide technical guidance to application software development/deployment project teams. This would include project managers, business analysts, systems analysts, developers, QA analysts as requested. - Design, develop, and install enhancements and upgrades to systems and application software as requested.

Rosen’s Diversified is a place where you can develop your career to the fullest, while working in a friendly environment.   We are seeking a full-time, IT Applications Administrator to join our rapidly growing Information Technology team in Green Bay, WI.   As an IT Applications Administrator, your primary responsibilities include:   - Monitor and triage issues across a wide variety of IT Applications and Technology Platforms including AFG Systems, Infor M3 and Infor related applications, modules, and custom applications for errors. - Initiate information gathering calls with the originator/end user/affected user and update tickets in Freshservice. - Immediately triage and respond to incoming tickets, move to personal queue or other queues. - Maintain appropriate status on open Incidents and provide summarized notes on resolution steps. - Escalate with Production Support teams if low priority issues are deemed severe. - Follow Production Support Service Level Objectives, (SLOs). - Maintain and document correct Infor M3 and related product configurations on incidents down to functional area affected. - Document AFG Systems and Infor functional analysis and resolution steps.  Update Freshservice Knowledge Base for future reference. - Train fellow IT Applications Administrators and Production Support teams on Infor M3, Infor related applications, modules, and custom applications. - Provide Production Support for AFG Systems.  This includes Infor M3 Infor related applications, modules, and custom applications.  Also includes additional AFG Systems, (Sage, McLeod, etc.)  This may involve unplanned after-hours and weekend support. - Initiate and expedite Knowledge Transfer Sessions with IT and Business functional groups. - Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization. - With proper training and experience, future duties of this role may include security administration, installation & upgrade of software, configuration of applications & systems.
