Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Property Manager in Kearney, Nebraska.
As our Property Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for enforcing leases and maintaining and securing the premises.
- Maintain constant communication with the facility regarding which employees are in and out of housing to ensure deductions are accurate.
- Manage the move in process of tenants including assigning apartments, keys and access to facilities, PO boxes, etc.
- Manage the move-out process of tenants including ensuring all keys for the unit are returned, inspecting the unit for damages, determining deductions from the security deposit that is returned to the tenant, and cleaning/repairing the unit for the next tenant.
- Manage one part-time maintenance employee.
- Be responsible for overall management of the property. These duties include but are not limited to investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy as defined in tenant contracts, inspecting vacant units, ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner, and contracting landscape and snow removal services.
- Contract outside maintenance services when needed.
- Establish the necessary contacts to handle emergency situations in the building.
