Weekend duties include all of the above and the following: - Take care of all Hot Permits from maintenance. - Unload cattle trucks. - Record MCC temperatures every 3 hours - Do meter readings (gas, electric, and water) - Check cooler and dock temperatures every 2 hours. - Complete 2 plant checks per shift.
