JOB SUMMARY The IT Purchasing Inventory Asset Admin is an ITAM/Procurement team member responsible for fulfilling technology requests for internal customers in a timely manner. This role will work with vendors, the Finance Team, and the IT Team to provide advice and purchase hardware inventory and software licenses for deliver to internal customers in our company.   Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Manage internal user equipment requests. - Track the requests to completion using ITSM tool, Freshservice. - Fulfill requests from inventory or purchasing from vendor. - Communicate order status with internal customers. - Work with internal customers to help them decide which predefined offering meets their needs. - Work with vendors to get quotes on various IT related hardware and software. - Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) request for damaged, incorrect, or unneeded. - Issue POs to vendors for Hardware, Software, Services of Work, and Licensing Renewals. - Manage/update purchase order status and transfer orders as needed. - Purchase inventory and maintain stock levels to an optimal count for quick customer fulfillment. - Maintain stock level of shipping supplies (Boxes, bubble wrap, tape) - Ensure order delivery to internal customers. - Hand deliver packages to local internal customers - Track order fulfillment if drop shipped to a remote site. - Create shipping labels for outgoing packages to ship to recipients and fulfill orders. - Provide tracking information and/or estimated time of arrival. - Create order receipts upon fulfillment within ERP system once order arrives onsite. - Reclaim assets from employees (locally or remotely) that are no longer in use or are out of warranty and damaged. - Create Return shipping labels for employees returning hardware. - Submit device retirement requests to eradicate asset information from active directory, Intune, and ITAM tracking system. - Decommission returned assets that are damaged or at end-of-life. - Maintain clean shipping area. - Conduct monthly cycle counts to keep track of physical inventory. - Continuously find ways to improve current processes. - Create documentation as needed for any new or changed project or technology. - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. As our Director of Food Safety/Quality Assurance you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and management of FSQA, regulatory compliances and animal welfare for our beef slaughter facilities and pork slaughter facility. You will work closely with local and regional USDA/FSIS, AMS authorities, customer representatives, third party auditors, plant management and executive corporate management to ensure program and regulatory compliance. In this position you will have the opportunity to impact public health and animal welfare across the beef industry.   Primary Responsibilities: - Provide leadership to the Quality Assurance Managers, in updating, maintaining, and implementation of pertinent regulatory documents and records, product specifications, quality assurance records, personnel records, and files. - Ensure animal welfare, food safety policies and procedures, and AMS school lunch and export programs are up to date. - Manage the HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and specified risk material programs for product manufactured at our slaughter facilities. - Establish and monitor the acceptance criteria for our product and controls the disposition of nonconforming product. - Assure all products produced in the plants meet or exceed customer requirements for food safety and quality. - Collaborate to ensure animal ID traceability and provide technical guidance on post-mortem inspections. - Statistically analyze data and utilize epidemiological skills to make informed decision and drive best practices.    - Effectively communicate with management and customers in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and enforcing the quality assurance program. - Cooperate with government agencies and third- and second-party auditors. - Actively participate in plant management, operational, industry and government agency meetings.   - NOTE: This description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC, an American Foods Group Company has opportunities for a Quality Assurance Sorter at our Acme plant in Green Bay, WI.   Summary This role will conduct carcass and carcass part sorting activities and identify any condemnable conditions or defects before carcasses and their parts are presented to online inspectors.  The focus will be to separate carcasses, parts and viscera that are unwholesome and unfit for human food from those that are fit for human food.  The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge, training and/or experience in basic microbiology, basic chemistry, sanitation, and HACCP.  - Through observation and occasional touching of the carcass and viscera make a decision about the wholesomeness and fitness of each carcass and viscera and then properly dispose of unwholesome carcasses, parts and viscera to ensure they are not used as human food. - Perform preparation (e.g., cuts) and presentation activities.  - Mark carcasses and carcass parts identified with abnormalities and/or pathological lesions.  - Follow food safety conditions and company procedures (e.g., heads, tongues, viscera, carcass). - Notify the proper person if you identify, while conducting sorting activities, an animal or carcass you suspect has a reportable or foreign animal disease. - Maintain required documentation. - Attend training at hire and annual refresher training as needed. - Must be willing to train and educate others. - NOTE: This description this description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
