Work Hours:
- Need to work a minimum of 4 days Monday-Thursday 5:30pm to end of shift.
- Saturday is also optional depending on production needs.
As Chuck Boner (Part-Time), you will:
- Use hook to pull chuck off conveyor.
- Pull mock tender out.
- Use knife to remove neck bone, chuck rack, bones, and back strap.
- Place bones and back strap into bone chute.
- Push finished product back onto conveyor.
- Steel knife.

Green Bay Dressed Beef LLC (Acme Street) an American Foods Group Company has opportunities for Maintenance I at our Acme plant.
As Maintenance I, you will:
- Identify and locate parts/part numbers from machinery or equipment manuals or parts catalogs (e.g. Cryovac, overhead chains, rail switches, conveyors, saws, etc.).
- Perform basic welding (e.g. primarily tig; some mig and stick). Ability to identify good and bad welds.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (e.g. grease bearings, lubricate, check fluid levels, replace filters, etc.) to ensure that machines run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
- Assemble, install or repair plumbing (e.g. threading pipe), equipment or machinery to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair.
- Perform basic forklift maintenance (change tires, replace bushings, etc.).
- Perform basic hydraulics (e.g. change motors, make hoses, etc.).
- Complete necessary paperwork (PM sheets, work orders, etc.)
- Assist in performing maintenance on scale equipment (e.g. portable, floor, and matrix - hot/cold) in applicable area(s).

Hours:
Harvest (1st Shift) 4:30 am - End of Shift (3:00 pm)
Fabrication (1st Shift) 4:30 am - End of Shift (1:30 pm -3:30 pm)
Fabrication (2nd Shift) 1:30 pm - End of Shift (9 pm)
As General Production - Harvest you will:
- Perform a variety of specialized tasks in a warm, hot, humid or wet environment.
- Properly use tools such as knives, hooks, or other specialized equipment.
- Perform physical tasks which require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements.
- Stand on hard surfaces the entire shift; use of stairs and personal protection equipment (PPE) is required in all areas of the facility.
- Compliance with all food safety policies and regulations.
- Adhere to all safety and housekeeping processes and procedures to ensure safety for our employees, customers and visitors.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

- Properly use hook, knife, saw, band saw or other equipment to perform specialized tasks, remove bones, trim, skin, separate, sort or cut standard or premium cuts of meat to specifications in preparation for further processing or packaging.
- Perform physical tasks which require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements.
- Stand on hard surfaces the entire shift; use of stairs and personal protection equipment (PPE) is required in all areas of the facility.
- Compliance with all food safety policies and regulations.

Work Schedule:
- Need to work a minimum of 4 days Monday-Thursday 5:30pm until the end of shift.
- Saturday is also optional depending on production needs.
As Pick Navel Bones Upper (Part-Time), you will:
- Use hook to pull navel off conveyor.
- Use knife to remove skirt.
- Use knife to mark all navel bones.
- Use knife to remove and clean navel bones.
- Place naval bones into bone chute.
- Place trim down trim hole.
- Steel knife.

Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC., an American Foods Group Company, has opportunities for an Electrician I at our Acme Street plant in Green Bay, WI .
As an Electrician I, you will:
- Use basic hand and power tools (i.e. band saws, multi-meter, and other tools) to operate all assigned electrical and mechanical equipment for the purpose of troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance also conducts tests of installed/repaired equipment/machinery and makes final adjustments.
- Identify all parts, supplies, and services required to maintain equipment in assigned area and competes work orders in a timely manner meeting or exceeding pre-established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals.
- Plan layout, install, maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, dissemble, refit, repair, and/or rebuild electrical equipment, systems, and machines including automatic and process controls, switch boards, HMI, control center and panels, relays, circuit breakers electronic control, printers, and scales (portable, floor, and matrix-hot/cold).
- Perform maintenance and understand 110, 220, 480-volt single phase, three phases, controls, motor circuits and drive systems.
- Under supervision, installs, maintains repairs and/or rebuilds complicated machines and plant equipment.
- Advise management on continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
- Complete necessary paperwork (PM sheets, work orders, etc.) and keep records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions.
- Assist with repairs and/or maintenance at Northland or Cold Storage.
