Internship Dates: Full Time for approximately 12 weeks (May – August 2021)   As a Bilingual Human Resource Management Systems & Benefits Intern, you will gain knowledge and understanding of the business through hands on activities, coaching, and projects. A few learning opportunities include: - Developing and delivering group and/or one-on-one trainings to end users teaching them how to use the technology systems available to them via computer, tablet, and mobile phone. Trainings include but are not limited to UltiPro, Ask HR, DirectPath Advocacy Services, Asset Health, scheduling on-line clinic appointments, creating accounts to review benefits/EOB’s with Medica, Delta Dental, VSP, My Health Rewards, etc. - Supporting the development of best practices as it relates to training employees how to become better engaged and self-sufficient with the tools available to them. - Providing technical and functional support to HRIS end users to include downloading apps, resetting passwords, demonstrating functionality, etc. - Researching and responding to user inquiries and issues. - Analyzing and presenting findings on the most effective training delivery methods for the wide variety of employee skill levels and generational characteristics. Reporting on training tips that resonate with the employees, discussing any direct correlation with retention and the employee experience, and knowing how to use the tools available to them.

Internship Dates: Full Time for approximately 12 weeks (May – August 2021)   As a Learning & Development Intern, you will: Gain knowledge and understanding of the business through hands on activities, coaching, and projects within the Human Resources Department. A few learning opportunities include: - Developing and implementing training content within our Learning Management System (LMS) and executing throughout the company facilities. - Creating eLearning courses and instructor led trainings (from scratch and/or redesigning existing modules to make them more engaging) through the design and development of participant and facilitator guides. - Attending leadership trainings to assist with leading activities and coursework. - Monitoring course set-up, registration lists, and ensuring course work is completed on time within Alchemy - Conducting needs analysis to determine what objectives need to be met in the training courses and programs. - Evaluating the effectiveness of existing trainings - Demonstrating knowledge of Alchemy’s capabilities by recommending delivery strategies that yield a dynamic end-user experience and developing custom reports that assist with planning and managing.

American Foods Group, LLC has an opportunity for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team.    *This position includes heavy travel (up to 60%) and is not based out of a single location.   *TO APPLY YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH.   As the Bilingual Human Resources Generalist, you will: - Support the Corporate HR Business Partner to achieve HR operational activities involving plant operations. - Effectively communicate and support a culturally diverse workforce of 3,500+ employees. - Assist with conducting workplace investigations, especially matters referred to corporate HR through the company’s Lighthouse hotline. Be able to see identify and escalate trends or issues. Complete initial investigations maintaining a high level of confidentiality. - Provide verbal interpretation for individual meetings, investigations or employee trainings. - Translation of written materials as needed for other areas or departments, such as training materials, internal/external communications, company handbooks, procedures, etc. - Manage the day-to-day employee relations activities within our plants including assisting in different internal processes. - Support the HR Director in organizing and retrieving corporate records, reports, and policies as needed. - Take minutes of team meetings, ensuring the effective communication with the members of the HR team. - NOTE: This description is not intended to be all inclusive.
