Overview

Job Summary
The Case Sealing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining case sealing machinery to ensure that products are securely and accurately sealed for distribution. This role involves monitoring the sealing process, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

  • Verify case sealers are on and working before production starts
  • Mop water from the dry ice box in the morning
  • Verify that big boxes go to the big case sealer
  • Pull mini boxes off main conveyor to the small sealer conveyor
  • Check the sealers glue pots thru all day and add glue if need it
  • Verify all boxes contain dry ice
  • Cleanup work area at end of shift

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment
  • Previous heavy machinery experience in manufacturing environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Be attentive to detail
  • Ability to work safely, wear P.P.E, and follow instructions
  • Ability to attend work consistently
  • Display strong work ethic

Summary

America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.
