Overview

Job Summary
The Equipment & Supply Clerk is responsible for stocking, tracking and distributing PP&E and production supplies to production employees in the plant.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to employees
  • Keep records of incoming and outgoing supplies
  • Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise
  • Cycle Counting and material requisitions as required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year cycle counting experience
  • 1-year clerical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong PC skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Friendly and positive customer service skills 
  • Must be able to perform job duties with minimal direction
  • Good work and attendance record
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, desk phones, and smartphones.  The position will also be required to regularly visit production facility work environments.
