In this role, you will be exposed to various aspects of our business and contribute to multiple functions, including HR recruiting, payroll, employee relations, training, and safety. You will work closely with leaders from different departments and engage in community projects and initiatives. This is your start in the meat industry journey before you are finally placed in a position either at AHP or any of our other facilities.  

Job Overview: The Operations Management Trainee program will provide an extensive training experience surrounding the areas of Safety, Quality, and Business Operations.  The training rotation will last up to 2 years. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be provided an opportunity to move into a Supervisor or Manager role.
