Job Overview: The Operations Management Trainee program will provide an extensive training experience surrounding the areas of Safety, Quality, and Business Operations.  The training rotation will last up to 2 years. American Foods Group, LLC has an opportunity for a Hides Supervisor to join the team for our new AFG manufacturing facility in Wright City, Missouri.   As our Hides Supervisor you will: - Provide leadership and oversee the day-to-day hide operations (leads and hourly production employees).  Interface routinely with peers.  Reports to Director of Operations - Harvest. - Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize productivity, efficiency, and quality in hide operations (hanging, trimming, inspecting, storing, loading hides or skins).  - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and industry standards related to hides operations.  - Be responsible for crewing, scheduling, work quality, productivity, and employee training in assigned areas.  - Be responsible for safety and housekeeping and for proper operation of equipment.  - Accountable for ensuring that all health and safety policies and regulations are enforced, by reporting policy infractions to HR and being involved with taking appropriate disciplinary actions.
