Billing Clerk

Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC an American Foods Group Company has opportunities for Billing Clerk.

As Billing Clerk, you will:

• Allocate product from inventory system, generating bills of lading. 
• Gather, create and review all documents for each load of product from multiple warehouses.
• Communicate with shipping areas.
• Run daily invoicing.
• Daily filing of all invoices and credit memos.
• Answer inquiries.
• Work with USDA inspectors to obtain the necessary export documentation. 
• Fax and file export invoices.
• Produce and create production reports daily.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• 2 years clerical experience.
• High school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree.
